There is no reply for a few solid hours. Katsuki has been chewed out for some choices of words with Todoroki and it made him go back and re-evaluate some things. So several hours after the conversation seems to have concluded, Toge is getting another text.
Clearing something up. I'm not interested in you in a dating sense. Don't expect me to ever say it again, but I count you as one of the less annoying friends I've made. Izuku and I are still down to do the double date thing if you two are. We can go do a manta board quest or something.
