Supposedly... it's the Library of Alexandria. And yeah, there are ghosts in the records room. And... other things guarding other rooms. But they just seem to be protecting the rooms. I doubt they'll do anything unless we do something we shouldn't. They haven't bothered us so far in there.

[ His jaw falls at that and Denki stands up, grabbing Katsuki's arm. ]

[Katsuki makes a scrunched up face.]

Stop yelling, damnit!! I'm right beside you! I said I would, didn't I? We just have to choose a time when we're both free.

[ He slides off of the other blonde and sits down again. ]

Wow, this is the weirdest day in my life since getting stuck with the thunder puppy. I knew there was something about you.

[ Denki grins, giving a little finger gun. ]

As for times when we're both free, Murphy-sensei gives me flexible hours so I can be ready whenever.

[ He lives on top of the repair shop, in one of the two apartments there - his boss in the other. It's pretty damn perfect, in Denki's opinion. No commuting. ]

It's only going to get weirder. Fair warning. But this month really is the tamest I've seen. Almost feels like a calm before the storm.

[Which, given what he dealt with last month is... ominous to say the least.]

We'll go tomorrow. Tonight you wanted to party right? I'm bringing a plus one.

[Not asking if that's cool. He's just gonna do what he wants as usual. He grabs his phone to text Yoosung. He hasn't even told Denki he picked up a boyfriend while he was gone...]

...then Katsuki mentions the party and that grin grows even brighter. Right, he forgot all about that in the middle of the sudden crisis of his supernatural problem being more common than he thought - and that isekai are now a real thing. ]

Oh yeah! Totally bring a friend, dude. It's another start of school party, nothing serious. Who is it, do I know them?

[He doesn't even bother to look up from his phone as he drops another bomb on Denki. Casually.]

It just happened. Earlier this month. So calm the fuck down.

[That is a lot of babbling there, Denki.]

[ Denki eases on the shaking and yelling but doesn't let go. His brown eyes are full of both joy and a bit of mischief, and he gives the other blond a wink. ]

Oooh, sudden romance. Luckyyyy. Does that mean he's like, weird too? Like us, I mean.

[ He's still dealing with this magic shit being widespread, so of course he's curious about that. ]

I'm not gonna shake him, dude. I'm totally nice!

[ Teasing, though? That's definitely happening. ]

[He snickers and stays put. Seemingly satisfied just to have got a reaction.

[ It earns him an exaggerated pout, very dramatic before Denki grabs another slice to eat. Mentioning helping Katsuki unwrap dishes is met with a little nod; fair enough for the shock of his life and good pizza. ]

Just don't yell at me if I drop anything.

[Katsuki puts him to work helping unpack until it's time to get ready to head out for the party. Just spending some time catching up on not-supernatural things. He makes sure Yoosung has the address to meet them there. Letting him know he's got someone who wants to meet him. Because that's not vague and ominous at all.]

Try not to ask him five million questions rapid fire like you do with me.

[Katsuki warns as the come up to the location of the party. He spots Yoosung already waiting outside for them.]

Oy! Bright Eyes! Over here!

[ Magically, Denki doesn't drop anything and is only distracted once by comparing cups. Taking a Thing and putting it in the Right Place is free therapy and he enjoys it more than his fake whining makes it appear.

When they finally head off to the party, the faux-blonde is vibrating with excitement to see Katsuki's boyfriend (and partying in general). ]

No promises!

[ He says in a sing-song tune before looking over to the direction his friend is yelling at. The guy there makes Denki's eyes widen and then he laughs, giving a little wave as he whisper-yells at Katsuki. ]

Oh maaan, you have a blonde problem, dude. Cute, though.

[Once Yoosung hears Katsuki's voice and spots them, he hurries over and it becomes apparent he dressed cute to make an impression (Or for the party? For both maybe?) since his outfit is entirely color-coordinated and he doesn't do that on a daily basis. Plus, the headband and choker are new. The hole cut out of the back of his shirt may also strike one as Odd.

His smile is bright and eyes brighter as he reaches Katsuki's side, taking his hand and giving him a brief kiss on the cheek before turning to greet his friend.]

[Katsuki gives him a look for that comment.]

[And then Yoosung is bounding up to greet them, immediately touchy and affectionate. The exact opposite of Katsuki. Although Katsuki readily holds Yoosung's hand back.]

This pain in the ass is what passes for a friend, Dunce Face. [Wow. Katsuki. Rude.] Dunce Face, my boyfriend, Yoosung.

[ He meets that look with a shrug. ]

[ Denki is enamored at once with such a bubbly person, and the cute style is so in right now. Definitely upstaging his hoodie and jeans - but this is a frat party and cheap beer on his good clothes sucks. At least the hoodie is intensely yellow and that black choker of his is never going out of style. ]

Heyyy~ [ Fingerguns! ] Denki Kaminari, not Dunce Face. Kacchan is just mean.

[ He grins, jutting a thumb in Katsuki's direction. ]

Yoosung, dude, how did you land this angry pomeranian?

[Yoosung hadn't considered the frat party thing not making for a good environment for good clothes, but he hasn't been to a whole lot of parties other than, like, charity fundraising parties. And those are usually classy as fuck so he couldn't wear ~cutesy~ clothes to those either.

He grins back, amused.]

"Kacchan!" Ahhh, that's cute! Umm, and I think it had something to do with me telling him I liked when he threatened to kick my ass! And tease me. I'm kinda jealous it's not just me he teases, though~ [He aims a pout in Katsuki's direction.] Am I still your favorite to tease, Kacchan~?

[He's mostly joking but also he does have some insecurity and jealousy issues. He's working on it!!]

[Poor life choices. Katsuki is wondering if he's made one in introducing these two... He doesn't argue the nickname. Just accepts it. Just like he does from Denki. Honestly, just like he hasn't fought half the people he's met through Libra using his first name. It just is what it is. What he does focus on...]

[ Most likely a mistake, honestly. Especially in the way Denki immediately mimics the pout. ]

[ Still, he gives Yoosung a clap on the shoulder and another grin. Denki is really good at reading people and he doesn't want the guy to think he's any kind of a homewrecker. He loves his friends. ]

I've known this guy for two years and I thought he was gonna die alone, I'm so glad you picked him up.

[ Like he isn't the guy striking out on his every attempt at getting his own partner. ]

I better be the best man at the wedding, dude.
